Recent years, with the investment into the internet modernization in meteorological department and basing on prospering web technology, the meteorological websites systems in every city have basically come into being .Realizing the share of information resource is necessary for strengthening the communication and cooperation with agriculture section. The resource sharing and cooperation control among each system have become the urgent issue to be tackled with the constant broadening of content and form of information service. The thriving of the Computer Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW) under Web environment provided a new way to result the questions.Meteorological website information service system is a application based on the joint of heterogenous network, distribution and real-time interactive CSCW technology in meteorological information fields. This dissertation used Java Servlet, Applet, completed a co-browsing mode, initially solved concurrency control and data consistency issues, realized cooperation control, synchronizing control as well as purview control, depicted the method of information transition in this system, combined the CSCW and Agent method, realized a co-shared whiteboard, effectively solved knowledge sharing and information communication, also introduced multicast messaging mode and telecom mechanism. Through setting up connecting pool in single route of the database, the bottle neck of web site speed caused by dislocation of the data base connecting system. Above mentioned were applied in practical study and got good effects.At present, there are also some deficiencies such as subsequent control and cooperating control issues need further study, the transition and control of visiting purview and the subdivision function module still need to be improved.
