At presenttthe research and practice of human resource management have been far beyond the traditional recruitment, training, design, performance, compensation, etc.The most important change is the human resource management in this field, which is known as the organization’s strategic contributors. Therefore, strategic human resource management(SHRM) is considered as the corporate strateg y advantage about obtaining sustainable competition. In the thesis, it proposes the concept of SHRM of the gambling mechanism based on the internal resources of enterprises. It will integrate their micro objectives, functions and s ystem platform resources on the basis of the business strategy, in order to establish a scientific and efficient mechanism based on the gambling contract SHRM evaluation method, which has ver y important practical significance.The evaluation algorithm of SHRM, it avoids the deficiency of traditional human resource management about a single business environment, r elativel y estable competitive environment and the master-slave relationship. So, it will establish micro target contract management mechanism through in the enterprise overall strategy, and put emplo yees of enterprises as the center. The purpose is to build micro target contract management mechanism through the financial, human resources, platform owners, approval of strategic parallel strategies, so as to evaluate and achieve scientific evaluation of the contracts. Meanwhile, the evaluation algorithm can also make a scientific evaluation, strategic enterprise management optimization according to the external environment of the enterprise emplo yees and the contract signing of the value of the inflection point.Finall y, the results in this s ystem show that evaluation algorithm based on SHRM can build a single bet against contract s ystem, and also make a good management to control the influence of the external environment of enterprise; in addition, it obtains better decision-making. It also can raise a new height level based on traditional management of human resources, and thus improve the new train of thought for the medium enterprises for the SHRM.
