Suzhou Bank persists on expanding market and innovating management. It focuses on serving for small-middle sized enterprises, and keeps optimizing its capital, market, quality, risk, innovation and service. Since its establishment, the bank pays high attention to modern management, and puts continued investment on modern management and basic information infrastructure as an important investment area for the bank’s sustainable development. It works energetically to develop information business system, and customer relation management system is the bank’s important long-term strategy support system to develop and implement.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the bank’s customer relation management system. First, it outlined introduces the system’s application foundation and the basic apply facts of this customer relation management system. Then, it discusses the system’s demand analysis, mainly including the system’s overall target, basic business function, customer management function, customer maintenance and service management function and customer management performance assessment function, etc. As for software design, it first discusses outlined design, then discusses the system’s data management design scenario, customer management module design, customer maintenance and service management module design scenario, customer relation performance management module design scenario and its authority distribution management scenario. About the system’s software implementation, the paper mainly discusses programming development and arrangement, some mainly modules’programming and testing.The system is implemented based on Web server centric architecture. The system’s servers run on the bank institute’s local area network of its information center and in the same domain as that of this bank’s business information system. Each branch institute has its own secondary server to periodically submit its business data to the central server. The software is developed in C#for application modules and IBM DB2V9for database storage procedures. This system is now running reliable and stable.
