The quality and efficiency of customer profile information management has animportant impact for power companies marketing business. With the continuousdevelopment of the size of the power industry, the traditional customer profile dataand information management which based on the document management andpaper-based manual management has become increasingly unable to meet the currentdemand. Under this background, the customers organize archives informationmanagement system proposed by State Grid Electric Power Guangzhou Bureau isresearched in this thesis. This thesis studied the system software life cycle stages ofeach work in depth based on the theory and methodology of software engineering, andproposed a marketing customer profile information management platform based onB/S architecture.The system needs analysis are discussed deeply in this thesis, and the systemdevelopment background and development mode selection are also described. At thesame time, the business environment of the system are also researched and analysis.And then, this thesis proposed that the functions which the system need to achieveincludes basic information settings, data collection and collation, customer dataarchiving, customer information retrieval, statistical analysis, and systemmanagement.The innovative work in this thesis is mainly reflected in the electricity customerprofile information and data statistical processing, using the improved version ofK-means algorithm processing, the improved algorithm can be highly irregulardistribution of electricity customers accurate data archives to clustering process, theresults of statistical analysis to improve the accuracy of the system, to promote thepower enterprises in power marketing decision-making process effectiveness andaccuracy.The function of the system includes a base set, collected, archive management,query retrieval of information, statistical analysis in the customer profile data anddaily information management business, and can provide complete archivesinformation management functional interface for the internal staffs. So, the systemcould meet the basic needs of electricity enterprise marketing management clientinformation archives, and has certain reference significance and promote for the information and digitization process of China Power Enterprise marketing customerinformation file management.
