In the21st century, the rapid development of hi-tech and the global trend of a marketeconomy have led to the throat-cutting competition among enterprises. With the expansion ofworking in human resources department, enterprises make more and high requirements ofpeople in charge of human resources management. In the huge organization structure, merelycounting on people is far from enough, that is to say, advanced computer technology shouldbe brought in to solve the complexity and facilitate the management procedure. Therefore, itis important and necessary to develop the HRMIS-Human Resource Management InformationSystem which not only reduces the staffs’workload with competence of dealing with triviality,but also collects the human resources information accurately and quickly to fulfill thedemands of companies. And in addition, this system can coordinate the work of differentdepartments, different procedures and managers to erase the―Information Islands‖.This paper discovers and analyzes the shortages of human resources management incompany A by interview study and internship, and proposes that the HRMIS system should bebuilt which has been given planning and assessment. From the perspective of increasingefficiency of human resources, the system would centralize the control of human resources,standardize management procedure and create a―whole-designed, uniform-standardized,hierarchical-managed, self-maintained, authority-shared and tier-collected‖managementcenter of resources data, thus to build a―decision-supporting, hierarchy-managing, highlyefficient, convenient, and standardized‖platform of human resources management. The goalof HRMIS is to promote information sharing and work coordinating among departments,sections and majors, to deal with working tasks quickly and accurately, to improve the abilityof productivity, management and decision-making, to optimize resources allocating and thusto propel company A.
