With the development of society, the importance of human resources for theeconomic and social progress is immeasurable, whether human resource management isintelligent, modernization, humanity will directly affect the whole society and theefficiency of our company.This thesis has been designed based on the original humanresource management information system (HRMIS), suitable for the development of ourcompany, and expand the scope of application from human resource professionals to allemployees throughout the company expands, make the system more effective andrationality.According to the basic theory of human resource management, combined with theactual situation of my company, to design a better software system for company, thedesign content mainly includes:1、the realization of the functional modules, the system includes five mainfunction modules: staff management, wage management, attendance management,competition management and training management;2、the use of roles and permissions settings, the system according to the differentdepartments, different division of the different system role, and giving is adapted tofunction limits, realize the information security protection;3、network security design, introducing routing control theory (access-list), toprotect the internal network security.The thesis will be a very good reference and exploration for the future researchwork.
