With the development of the society, human resource management is playing an increasingly important role on whole economic and social progress. In this paper, on the basis of the existing human resources information management system, combined with the actual situation of our bank, The human resource management information system users range extending from the head of the human resources to employees, promote participation and rationality of hoisting system.According to Yunnan provincial government the branch human resource management department to strengthen the human resources information management, Combined with a human resource management information system development present situation at home and abroad and the actual situation of human resource management work, Designed and developed for Yunnan provincial government the branch of its application of human resource management information system. Design the system of content mainly includes:1. The function module of the demand analysis, the information management system mainly includes seven function modules: Personnel information management, recruitment management, compensation management, Target and Performance Management performance management, training management and System maintenance and management The corresponding flow chart of each module design, will be a good analytical requirements.2. The function module design and implementation, according to the specific work content of five modules, function modules are designed respectively, Each main module including the corresponding four sub modules, and as the director of human resources, department heads, ordinary employees of different operators design different operating interface.3. The division of user roles and permissions, information system according to the different departments, difference between different system divided into roles, permissions and give the corresponding function, protection of information security in the company;4. The design of network security, address domain and firewalls to ensure security of IP access network external security; Set the VLAN and purview division to ensure network internal security.Based on B/S and C/S hybrid architecture, the human resource information management system adopted the popular B/S and C/S structure and the internet network technology, break through the geographical limitations of the original management system,made all users can be more self permission to access the system at different locations. Greatly enhance the capacity and the level of transparency of information systems for data sharing. The system fully relied on the LAN,achieved centralized management of human resources information, decentralized operation,and information sharing,made the traditional human resource management in the direction of digital, paperless, intelligent and integrated development, lay a good foundation for the further realization of improved human resource information systems. Design and research work, the system for the continued development of human resources information system in the future will be a good reference and exploration.
