Food security is not only related to people’s health and life safety, but alsorelated to the economic development and social stability. In order to ensure foodsafety, all aspects including food production, processing, distribution and salesmust be supervised. Food safety traceability system is an effective managementtools for food quality and safety. Traditional food quality and safety traceabilitysystems generally use a central database to trace the links and query for information,but when the number of users increases, the food safety traceability system in thecentral database model is easy to become the bottleneck of the whole system.Internet of Things technology is very suitable for food traceability system, Theoverall perception technology of the Internet of Things is capable of measuring andperceiving basic information of items, which would be perceived and transmitted tothe data processing center through internet by the way of reliable transmission, inwhich huge amounts of data and information would be processed and analyzed withintelligent computing technology. This paper studies key technology of poultryquality and safety traceability system based on Internet of Things, taking thepoultry quality safety traceability for example. The main achievements of this studyare as follows:1、It has designed the structure of the poultry quality safety traceability systembased on Internet of things, analyzed the key technology, given a kind of electroniccoding scheme for the poultry traceability system, and analyzed the way ofchoosing the RFID tags in the poultry traceability system2. It has analyzed the security problems existing in the electronic tags in thepoultry quality and safety traceability system, and proposed a verificationmethod,RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), to test the data integrity in theelectronic tag so as to protect the accuracy of the results of the retrospective. And Ithas designed a lightweight RFID authentication protocol, which has a smalleramount of computation and better security.3. It has proposed a new query tree anti-collision algorithm, which directlysplit the tags into two different groups according to collision bit so as to avoid idleslots. The results of simulation show that this kind of algorithm has a smallercomplexity in time and communication, and has better efficiency in recognition.
