Application Research On Traceability System Of Plateau Summer Vegetables Based On Internet Of Things Technology

After years of development,the industrial management mode of Plateau Summer Vegetables in Lanzhou has begun to take shape.However,the traditional planting and marketing model formed over the years cannot provide effective support for the brand building,quality assurance and sustainable sales of Plateau Summer Vegetables.Especially,due to the serious lag of the application of information technology,it is difficult to form an effective production control and sales traceability system in the whole process of cultivation and sales of Plateau Summer Vegetables.The convergence between the processes is still in the process of collecting and exchanging original paper information.All the above problems have severely restricted the efficiency and quality safety guarantee of Lanzhou Plateau Summer Vegetable in the whole storage,logistics and sales chain.With the continuous development of agricultural information technology,the continuous maturity of Internet of Things(IoT),4G/5G technology and the continuous application of data visualization provide new ideas for the information construction and application of Plateau Summer Vegetable in planting,storage,fresh-keeping,transportation and other links.Therefore,the construction of Plateau Summer Vegetable traceability system based on IoT technology is an important part of the construction of cold chain logistics system in Lanzhou City.This study takes the Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City as an example by means of literature analysis,field investigation,data analysis and other research methods.It combines the planting and marketing status of many Plateau Summer Vegetable enterprises,such as agricultural cooperatives,Plateau Summer Vegetable sales enterprises,first-class wholesale market,and draws lessons from the construction of domestic and foreign supply chain system ofagricultural products.Based on the successful experience of the construction of agricultural supply chain system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward several methods and measures for the construction of Plateau Summer Vegetable system based on IoT.The main contents are as follows:1.Application of data analysis and Internet of Things technology.Focusing on the effective application of information technology in the planting,information management,storage,logistics,sales and data monitoring of "Plateau Summer Vegetable ",this paper designs a feasible scheme for the construction of traceability system of agricultural products of "plateau summer vegetables" in Yuzhong County,Lanzhou City,and supports the healthy,efficient,stable and safe development of local brands and information platform.2.Application based on localized operation requirement management.Promote the effective development of information technology in the design,construction and application of "plateau summer vegetable" industry chain;design feasible plans for data standardization,industry standardization,sales standardization and traceability standardization of "plateau summer vegetable" in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City;strengthen the brand standardization construction of "plateau summer vegetable" and improve the construction and application of Plateau Summer Vegetable agricultural product supply chain mechanism.
