Yingfan Company is a training company for the accounting practitioners. Seizingthe customer resources has become the key for the company’s survival and development.With the market competition increasing, how to use modern information technology tohelp enterprises to expand market share, improve service quality, and explore new profitgrowing point has become the urgent matter.CRM (Customer relationship management) system can help companies to optimizethe management of client resources, to realize the classification and grading forcustomers, to maximize the potential customers, to improve customers’ satisfaction,thereby enhances the market competitiveness of enterprises.From the actual operation ofthe company and combining with the CRM system theory and software engineeringtheory, this article studies how to design and implement a CRM system which meets thecompany’s business and running.Firstly, research on the tool, method and knowledge oftheory of system development. The system development is using the tools languagessuch as ASP.NET, C#and SQL to build a three layer architecture on the. NET+SQLdevelopment platform, so as to realize the operational CRM system based on B/Sstructure.Secondly, analyse and design system. After confirming the feasibility ofsystem development, the company carries on the demand analysis and gets the data flowdiagram, from which derives the software structure diagram. The system includes fourfunctional modules: login management, staff management, customer management anddata analysis. As the main module, customer management can achieve such functions asthe customer information query, operation, classification, classification and membership.Each function has a detailed design.Finally, discuss on the implementary process of thesystem. Use the SQL Sever2005to build database and Visual Studio2008to completesystem solutions, and use publishing web sites to complete system coding.The CRM is a system tailor-made for Yingfan Company. The establishment of thesystem has solved the practical problem of customer management of the company and.improved the company economic benefit effectively. It’s hoped that the results of thisstudy has implications for small and medium-sized enterprises with the similar system.
