In the modern enterprise management, enterprise managers increasingly focus on the customer relationship management. Customer relationship management is a "customer centric" combination of modern management concepts and IT technology.The CRM software which has already exists in the market require the enterprise to have sufficient technical support, advanced management concepts and optimize process management. What’s more, the general CRM software do not include accounts receivable management system. In the case of SMEs, they can’t afford to buy both CRM software and financial management software. However, customer credit evaluation is largely related to the withdrawing of accounts receivable, and therefore the software which is applicable to Electric Co., Ltd. of Wuhan Steel should include the accounts receivable management system. To solve this problem, I focus my attention on designing CRM software which is applicable to Electric Co., Ltd. of Wuhan Steel.The system is based on Electric Co., Ltd. of Wuhan Steel to its own characteristics and requirements management, tailored for a customer relationship management system. Firstly, this paper describes the customer relationship management related background knowledge and research status. Secondly, this paper introduce in need of some key techniques in this system detailed analyses Wuhan steel energy electric Co., Ltd. of specific business requirements. Thirdly, this paper discusses the overall design of the system and the database design after the demand for perfect in research and finally, display the system is realized.This system has been in Wuhan steel energy use electric Co., Ltd. Customer relationship management system implementation makes the whole company business information and improves working efficiency and management level.
