The Design And Achievement Of Project Management System On The Basis Of B/S Organisation And CMMI

A classic software project consists several procedures, they are:startup,plan,control,execute and end. But the actualizing of software project management is very difficult,such as badly veracity, limited time and resources,delayed reaction,and some other problems. How to resolve those problems is a important thing. And then,this is this article's subject to discuss. Software Project Management(SPM) has broad content,the article discusses the way,the method,the domain of project management,analyses the human resource management,schedule and plan management, risk management,cost management,quality management,knowledge base management,version publish and deployment control,and so on.This article's theory is based on the process improvement model of CMMI,after analyzing and discussing its process improvement model,with software engineering's peculiarity,the article offers a B/S application system,it makes up several 3rd party system to realize the whole project management. Now there are many nice project management software to do several ways project management,but non of them has the ability to accomplish the whole software project management,and it's difficult to make a fitness system for the enterprise's procedure peculiarity. The system we designed is a flexible,custom-built application,it makes up some other software project management system,the users can choose some parts of them to finish their PM action.In the researching and designing works,we learned many advanced technology and theory,use well-rounded thinking of software engineering and CMMI theory to research and realize the PM system. For the software engineering has widely content,the article put the keystone at the procedure management,especially the management optimization of project schedule and task plan. With the CMMI standard,it helps actualizing the software engineering's requirements, plan, development, test, maintenance and other steps.
