Smart Grid has become a hot topic, China power grid enterprises have been bredand the construction of smart grid. Electric energy data acquisition and managementsystem is a part of a smart grid. At present, the model of reading meter manually isexists in many some areas, this way has many shortcoming including low efficiency,wrong data, inconsistent data time and so on. All of these had couldn’t meet the need ofmodern management, in my view, the system need be built.In order to realize integrated acquisition of substation and users’ power energy,analysis of different regions and different lines of power accurately, analysis of energyloss in all processes fastly, In this paper, it will discusses the system structure of electricenergy data acquisition and management system and technical architecture through theanalysis of electric energy data acquisition and management system of business processand demand, It will use the theory of software engineering, design and develop electricenergy data acquisition and management system. In the system, Qt IDE is used todevelop communication system and Eclipse is used to develop Web system and Oracledatabase will be used. There are many functions in the system, including data collection,file management, parameters management, data acquisition, data query, line lossanalysis, and so on. Power company can gather all kinds meters’ data, then analyse data,monitor state timely, avoid losses. It will promote management level and support theconstruction of smart grid effectively.The system has been on-line in a power company. It meets the needs of users. Thesystem interface is beautiful, the operation is convenient. It realizes the remote readingmeter of substation, users of special transformers and residents. It resolves manyproblems and improves the power marketing management level. The electricity meterreading fee can calculated timely, comprehensive grasp of analysis and power load, thepower full aperture of energy, it has played a positive role.
