“Energy saving, pollution reduction” is proposed by “China Eleventh FivePlanning”, this is the first time that raised out “Reducing energy consuming” fromnational level and make relevant national policy. We know that “Energy Saving” and“Pollution Reduction” are two different areas, which are related and different from oneand another. Generally, energy saving certainly lead to pollution reduction, pollutionreduction will not guarantee on energy saving. Therefore, to improve energy savingtechnologies R&D and applications is the fundamental and key method. Meanwhile,this can avoid energy waste that is caused by purely pursuing energy saving target,leading to a more balanced development of society, environment and economy.This thesis provides an introduction of energy parameter collection that is based onPLC and Dynamic software, and energy management and analysis that are based onVisual Basics and SQL SERVER2000. The thesis focus on the applications of how thissystem.Application of energy efficiency parameter collection, management and analysis incompany energy management system providing a solid technical ground for companyenergy management, it will largely improve company’s energy management level,decrease energy and labor cost, improve productivities, and reduce safety concerns.
