Earthquakes are a natural phenomenon.Once a strong vibration and seismic energy released, resulting in collapse of buildings ,landsides,floods,spread of the epidemic and so on,will be on social,economic,political and property damage unpredictably. Because of the unpredictability and unexpected of the earthquake,humans can not do all kinds of preparations before it happens,which seems particularly important for post-earthquake relief work.Earthquake imformation on site is important basis of disaster relief command,so it needs to develop and design a portable point-Multipoint earthquake field information collection and wireless transmission system,which can transfer seismic information to the control and command center.This paper focuses on software part of the system ,that is the control terminal software,which has a simple operation,beautiful interface,hign reliability features and so on.First,this paper describes composition and function of the earthquake information collection on site and wireless transmission system,and gives the design scheme of the control terminal software and communication protocol. It describes in detail the design concept about the software;discusses the communication interface means;gives the development environment of terminal software.The dissertation also analyzes the function and requirement of communication protocol;probes the physical layer,data link layer, application layer;gives the specific data link layer frame structure and the corresponding data content of the application layer combining the system function.In the Matlab environment, The paper focuses on the validity and reliability of the communication protocol.Second,the paper describes in detail the design process and steps about the control terminal software in Visual C++ environment.Based user interface design rules,the overall layout of the control terminal software and functions of each part are gived.After the program design of serial module,data module,voice module and image module are introduced,the setting parameters are analysed;the layout of the interface module and the corresponding function buttons'program flow charts are gived.Finally,connecting the hardware of the earthquake information collection on site and wireless transmission system,the paper proposes the operation and test results of the control terminal software .The paper also describes the overall style and the terminal software operating methods;For four modules of the user interface ,the corresponding operational processes and implementation of the results are discussed in detail. The earthquake collection system,fully functional,easy to operate,reliable which has great pratical value,can provide rich and effective on-site information for post-earthquake relief work to facilitate dispatch and improve efficiency of rescue work.
