Nowadays,with the rapid economic development,controlling the total energy consumption has become one of the most important concepts to pursue sustainable development.According to the relevant policies,administrative departments points that power grid enterprises should focus on building energy conservation information system.Therefore,energy sector should create new energy service operation mode refer to the current needs of the industry,and accelerate the integration if the core technique.By obtaining the first-hand information and resources of users' energy consumption efficiency,finally improve the energy conservation market environment.With adequate study of the development situation and advanced concepts,we carried out the investigation and analysis of the energy enterprise.In this paper we designed and implemented the core function modes of the electric service management system,and carried out the construction of energy conservation management,orderly power consumption,knowledge base management,report management,system management.The system realized data acquisition of energy efficiency,and integrated the data deeply.Through effective unit functional tests and integration testing,the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the system functions have been verified,and the data transmission with the peripheral system also has been guaranteed.Finally,the system successfully realized the monitoring and analysis of electric energy service management,and could be applied in guidance work for energy conservation management.
