The rate of energy losses in the power system is one of the important, integrated, economic and technical parameters, it can reflect the level of the planning, production and the degree of the management. So, how to reduce the rate of the energy losses means to enhance the economical benefit of the enterprise. As a power supply corporation, we must take the energy loss management as the most important task in our work. Accurate and simple methods for calculating and analyzing energy losses benefit for working out reasonable measures for decreasing the energy losses and examining the actual effect of them, easy to formulate the proper checking guide line of energy losses and programming. It also can improve the management of energy losses. However, the calculation and analysis of energy losses is too complex, because it always involved with artificial factors and other factors. So manual computation is impossible to adapt the modern management. With the development of computer and network, it become possible to deal with the data in high speed, also the information sharing is become possible. Under the circumstance that data information is more and more complex, as a synthesized operation, we must consider using the computer program to realize the loss analysis and calculation. In order to guarantee the veracity of calculation, reduce the intensity of the operators and improve the efficiency, a total scheme of the real-time loss analysis system in Hebei Southern power was present, including the original data obtaining and implementation process. The proposed system has a strong data management and maintenance functions being able to generate various statements. In addition to the precise calculation, the system also provides a more friendly and appropriate user interface.
