Mechanical-electrical equipment plays a very important role in many large and complex equipment. The normal operation of large equipment will be affected if the lack of timely discovery and proper maintenance for the fault of mechanical-electrical equipment, causing huge economic losses. Thus, monitoring system of mechanical-electrical device's developing is inevitable.In general,the monitoring system by the main control center and monitoring terminal uint side of two parts.Combined with the development and advanced technology home and abroad about fault diagnose,a monitoring terminal uint of mechanical-electrical device has been developed.It can be achieved not only in data collection,data processing,data storage and display,but also with the main control center communication,the completion of further processing of data and the results by main control center show that the condition-based maintenance for the mechanical-electrical device,fault diagnosis information.After introducing the theory of the monitoring terminal system of mechanical-electrical device,a design based on ARM9 S3C2440 and WinCE operation was given in this thesis,based on analyzing the needs of the monitoring terminal uint's performance.The whole design idea and each parts' working principles and design ideas were expounded in detail.The design of the monitoring terminal uint's hardware has been developed,which adopted modular methods.It contains S3C2440 core panel,DC analog/digital switch collection, relay output control, communication interface (RS232 interface expansion, RS485, etc.), TFT-LCD display, Power measurement, Temperature measurement; etc.Power measurement module based on ARM Cortex-M3 and energy metering chip ATT7022C. Temperature measurement module based on STC10F04 and temperature sensor chip DS18B20.The design of the monitoring terminal uint's embedded software has been developed,including embedded WinCE software system construction,hardware-driven development,application program design.The paper introduced the development of embedded WinCE and the ADC hardware-driven development process.Besides of this,it also briefly described application program design.After the completion of the various parts of the design,on the various parts of the debugging.The results from the testing, various parts achieve the desired function.
