Investigation And Implementation Of Project Application Management System

According to the development of network technology and popularity of network applications in nowadays, the E-Government (EG) has become an important tool for improving working efficiency during local government informatization reform. The management of project applications was considered as a crucial aspect in local science and technology governing therefore becomes a key component in EG. In aiming of solving problems as no timely or low-efficiency responses existing in traditional management system, the Project Application Management System is designed to provide the standardized and transparent application processes, simplify the applying stages, facilitate the management and decision making, and improve the working efficiency.This thesis mainly focused on designing and realizing a management system suitable for educational department and the related users. It contains the design process, system analyzation (user/function/data analyzation) and system implementation. By using the combination of Structured Method and Object-oriented Method, this system could be adapted in whole project management process in colleges and universities, including project declaration, recommend, checking, review and approval.In conclusion, this thesis designed and analyzed a project management system, then finalized this system implementation. It provides an informative project application process, and could improve the working efficiency.
