Application Of Project Management In DDoS Security Protection System Of Jiangsu Telecom Cloud Platform

With the development of network commercialization,more and more enterprises and individuals are using the network to trade.The security problems are also increasingly prominent,especially DDoS attacks.DDoS attacks pose a huge security threat not only to commercial enterprises,but also to urban infrastructure and financial enterprises such as banks.As one of the most common high-risk security threats,DDoS attack has always been the focus of network security protection.This paper mainly studies the application of project management theory in the construction of Jiangsu Telecom Cloud Platform DDoS security protection system project.Through the methods of literature research and practice investigation,this paper participates in the construction of the project on the spot and applies the relevant principles of project management theory to the construction of the project.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the background and significance of this study are introduced as a whole,and the main research contents and methods of the text are explained;secondly,the related concepts of project management are briefly expounded;secondly,the research literatures on the theory and application of project management at home and abroad are briefly reviewed;secondly,the main analysis of Jiang is made.The current situation and project characteristics of the DDoS security protection system project of Soviet Telecom Cloud Platform are described.The construction requirements and principles of the project are expounded.The project scope management related concepts are used to plan and define the scope of the project,and the work breakdown structure of the project is given.Then the related theories and methods of project time management are applied to Jiangsu.Su Telecom Cloud Platform DDoS security protection project,the development of the project schedule and the key path map;and then on the Jiangsu Telecom Cloud Platform DDoS security protection project of the whole process of quality planning is described,and then quality control,respectively introduced the project business testing,emergency drill,emergency preparedness and other specific measures to implement Finally,we summarize the whole paper and discuss the next step.It is hoped that the analysis and systematic discussion in this paper can play a certain reference role for telecom operators in the construction of similar projects.
