Research Of Fuzzy Evaluation Method And Its Application To Teaching Quality For Performance Appraisal

Teacher performance appraisal is the central link of school human resources management,and provides foundation and basis for teacher's salary,promotion,title evaluation.A team of teachers with high quality is the direct motive force of the development of colleges and universities,and complete,scientific performance evaluation system of university teachers is to promote an important guarantee for the development of colleges and universities.Evaluation of teaching quality is an important part in the performance evaluation of university teachers and plays a positive role in guiding the teachers to improve the level of teaching and teaching method.How to construct the index system of teaching quality is an important guide the quality of education and teaching,it is directly related to the key to the success of teaching quality evaluation.Index system is not only on behalf of the specific scope of examination proposed by the school for the purpose of evaluation,but also points out the requirements of the school in the teachers' teaching ability.The index weight indicates the importance degree of one aspect needed to pay attention to.In this thesis,the research results of various teacher performance evaluation methods are analyzed,and finally,three aspects of the work were completed.Firstly,use AHP method to construct the teachers' teaching quality evaluation index system and solve the index weight;Secondly,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the 360 degree evaluation method to evaluate teachers' teaching quality fuzzily;Thirdly,combine the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality and performance appraisal of teachers.These three aspects of the work are supplement to the deficiency of traditional teachers' teaching quality evaluation,and applied in the teacher performance appraisal system.This system based on B/S architecture of Web application system,uses the HTML5,JQuery,JSP&Servlet technology and use SQLServer 2005 as the database.The three aspects of the teacher performance appraisal are implemented and tested.Testing results show that all the implemented functions can run correctly.
