Designand Implementation Of ERP System In Baojun Plastic Hardware Products Limited Company

With the China market opening up further, the competition among enterprises are becoming increasingly fierce, most enterprises are going to use ERP system. Combining with the advanced management thought and method, changing the extensive mode of management of enterprises, improving the management level and economic benefits, BaoJun enterprise is in the rapid growth and development. To solve the management of a variety of problems, BaoJun requires the use of ERP more and more urgent so that could improve the current management status, break through the bottleneck and constraints on the development, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Through theoretical study, inductive analysis and empirical analysis and other research methods, this paper elaborates the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises problem of other ERP applications and the existence of small and medium-sized enterprises, and probes into the necessity of application of ERP.Firstly, according to the actual situation of enterprises, this paper elaborates the significance of this study briefly; through reading a lot of literature and analyzing the historical study of the development of ERP system at home and abroad, this paper introduces the contents and methods of our research. Second, this paper introduces in detail the research on the theory of ERP, and historical stages of ERP system. Thirdly, this paper analysis the function of analysis and design module of ERP system, including product management module and the detailed design, the bill of material needs in the main production, analysis and design of inventory management, this paper has listed analysis report of all of these modules, which providing the reliable basis for the detailed design of the system project for next step. Finally is the design and implementation of ERP system of Baojun Plastic Hardware Products Co., Ltd., which including basic design ideas and the realization of ERP database design. The end of the article is the summary and prospect of this paper and what we would do to put forward this system in the future.Purpose of this paper is to solve the existing ERP development problems and to show the application of Baojun Plastic Hardware Products Co., Ltd. From the typical case of a particular small and medium-sized enterprises in developing the application of ERP software, we could find an ideal path to find ERP’s development and application of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It has a very realistic significance to help the development and application of ERP system in domestic and medium-size manufacturing industry.
