At this time, without a flexible and efficient logistics system, thedevelopment of the enterprise will be struggling. Therefore, in line with the electroniccommerce environment the role of professional logistics distribution center is muchmore crucial.After the analysis of the efficiency of logistics distribution center, it can be seenpicking occupies most of the labour and operation time of the distribution center.Consequently the efficiency of order picking decides the efficiency of the distributioncenter as well as the level of the customer service. As a result, with the purpose ofbetter meet the needs of the electronic commerce enterprise, to improve the efficiencyof order picking in distribution centre is crucial.Based on the chosen system as the object, this research put forward electroniccommerce new type of AGV "arrival" picking system. The point will be focus on thelayout of the system, operation, information control system, etc. Research results havepractical significance. The study will divided into five aspects:The first chapter is the introduction part. It will mainly introduce the researchbackground, research significance, the main method, innovation aspects and the maincontent as well as the review and analysis on domestic and exotic literatures.Thereafter the framework of research will be put forward, which aims to clearresearch topics and identify research methods.The second chapter is the core part-the AGV "arrival" picking system. In thispart, first, the definition of the order picking and the introduction of the classificationof picking system will be provided. And the analysis on the comparison between "labours arrive goods" and "arrival (goods arrive labours)" will be supplied; Second,the paper introduces the chosen system integration condition and the basis of thestudy in this paper-the chosen system of related integration strategies; Finallydetailed description of AGV "arrival" picking system of general layout plan, systemstructure and system operation mode have carried on.The third chapter is focus on--AGV model of equipment and related technologyresearch. In this part, firstly, the types and characteristics of AGV will be introduced;then the suitable system model of AGV structure for research in this paper will beindicated, respectively discussed from machinery, power and control system; Finally,a new RFID and sensor guidance technology is put forward in this paper. The designof the technology is based on the system researched in this paper. Multi-sensorinformation fusion and locating method was introduced in detail, as well as the AGVpath trajectory prediction guidance method.The fourth chapter includes the distribution of goods, goods position controllingsystem, AGV dispatching system. First according to the commodity property, andfrequency of in-out warehouse, goods classification and storage partition can bedesigned. The purpose is to reduce the energy consumption of the whole system andimprove the efficiency of sorting. Thus goods distribution has certain importance;Second, for the position distribution, the position control system needs to be designed.The introduction will include system functional requirements, system function and theposition of the electric control system. In terms of electric control, warehousing andAGV control system is established. In addition, for electronic control, the electriccontrol cabinet is designed, which will ensure the safety of electric controlimplementation; Finally, for AGV carrying, AGV dispatching system is established.The fifth chapter is conclusion. First the research content is summarized, whichwill point out the main work and contribution in this paper; By the end of the article,the deficiency of the research will be outlined, and these weaknesses will also as themain content of subsequent research, which to be further explored. |
