For E-efficient "goods To Man" Picking Systems

With the popularity of electronic commerce.as well as people living standard rise,theconsumption has changed from few varieties and large quantities to numerous varieties and smallquantities.Time of receiving the goods customers demand is more and moreshort,customer,shopping experience is more and more high,this requires electronic businessenterprise to select and distribute quickly and accurately.In this case,it is increasingly importantfor logistics distribution center.In the distribution center,order picking cost main labor,Processing time is long，Pickingefficience directly affects the distribution center and customer service level.proper design of thepicking system and selection directly affect the operational efficiency of the logistics center，effect and benefit，it is the important way to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics cost.Under the background of this research,facing the efficiency of e-commerce is proposed inthis paper the goods to the "arrival" picking system.The overall layout,design of storage systemstructure,design of information system,the picking location arrangement,and other aspects arestudied.In this paper,the research achievements have strong practical significance,the researchcontent of this article includes the following several aspects:The first chapter is Introduction Part.The paper mainly introduces the research background，the paper research significance,the main method,innovation points and the main content of thearticle.At the same time,reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,it proposes researchframework and determines the research topic.The second chapter is overview of the picking system.First,definition of order picking andclassify order picking,the "arrival" picking system the picking system was put forward.On theequipment and time of picking,propose the order picking Target.Analyze "labours arrive goods"and "goods arrive labours",explain the superiority of "arrive" picking system.The third chapter is the core part of this article,new "goods arrive labours" pickingsystem.This part mainly introduces the system,and the related integration equipment,especiallywarehousing part,on the shuttle vehicle,hoist,material unit,control system and so on has hedetailed instructions. The fourth chapter is to build a model of the order processing.As the research object to thecustomer’s order,it will put order processing of distribution center service as a random process.Inthe order processing system,there are some sorting tables,multiple queue service systems areestablished,analysis and demonstration.The fifth chapter is conclusion. First the research content is summarized,which will pointout the main work and contribution in this paper; By the end of the article, the deficiency of theresearch will be outlined,and these weaknesses will also as the main content of subsequentresearch,which to be further explored.
