With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the world has entered the information era, the development of information industry, the construction of information superhighway and talent cultivation in the information construction has become an important development strategy. People not only need to use the Internet for fast retrieval and interaction with various social economy, business information, at the same time, more and more urgent demand to the information and geographic information organically matching and combining the spatial distribution, to obtain these economic information and their relationship.Geographic information system as a collection, storage, management, analysis and description of all and spatial information system data relating to geographic distribution, closely associated with human survival, development and progress in the region, China has attracted more and more attention.In today’s information era, information technology integration application. Combined with geographic information system and the electronic commerce from the aspects are feasible, but also is valuable. Introducing GIS technology to the development of the electronic commerce application platform, logistics management and customer relationship management, will promote the development of electronic commerce.This dissertation describes the design and implementation of E-Commerce website according to the theory and method of software engineering. The overall architecture for this system is 3-tier"s B/S structure. The design pattern follows the MVC idea. System is divided into two major subsystems front desk and back office management system, strictly in accordance with the software engineering methods, and using JSP, Oracle and other technology to complete the system implementation. Firstly, by analyzing the demand for e-commerce platform, given the overall system design and system functional modules in detail the division. Front subsystem including user registration and login, browsing and retrieval of goods, shopping cart management, mapping services, order management modules. Background subsystem includes administrator login, product management, user management, order management module. Through standardized, scientific software engineering object-oriented design methods, in accordance with the requirements of the needs analysis, given a specific solution. Write the function module code, resulting in a system for B2 B e-commerce platform.After a lot of repeated tests to demonstrate the basic design of the structure of the system is reasonable, relatively complete functions to meet the access under normal traffic pressure.
