| Modern logistics relates to the entire process that enterprise produces withcirculating, Rational and high-effect logistics system is able to pass to entire childbirthof enterprise and the coordination circulating with perfecting but bringing about thegigantic economic effect．With the deepening of construction work of sale network,people pay important attention to the construction of tobacco logistics information andautomation widely, as the core part of the cigarettes logistics, the distribution workplays an important role in the entire cigarettes logistics system.The statistic data by related indicate that picking is the most onerous and fallibleprocess in distribution center．Electron-label-aided picking system is the most usualmethods in computer-aided picking．It send indications of replenishment or picking toworkers promptly and definitely by making electronic labels show the informationsuch as order number and quantity．So it has the advantages of paperless，few mistakeand high efficiency.As a special sorting job object, cigarettes have different characteristics from othersorting objects. This paper began to analyze the feature and strategies of cigarettedistribution, and systematically analyzed the existing cigarette distribution operatingsystem. Because the operating system of current cigarettes distribution transformedfrom postal or foreign common distribution systems, so, they can not be totallysuitable for cigarettes distribution, and not meet the common distribution of cigaretteswith defects.The paper analyzed and designed distribution system based on the electronic label,and deeply introduced operating process of the system, and designed database andspecific functional module in detail. Finally, it was implemented by VB language. Thepaper whole use the idea of software engineering, and use UML as modelinglanguage in the analysis and design. For picking business, the paper extracted corebusiness processes from picking strategies and picking mode, and found otherfuntional requiements, including the picking, inventory, replenishment,etc. Finally,The paper analyzed that system’s parameters are how to effect picking efficiency. |
