In recent years,driven by the Internet and live broadcast sales models,e-commerce sales platforms have increased and sales methods have been diversified.The characteristics of orders have gradually developed from large quantities and small batches to small batches,diversification and high frequency.With the increase of online shopping channels,consumers not only need goods with better quality and lower price,but also put forward higher requirements for distribution timeliness.In the environment of product diversification and price concentration,customers have put forward higher requirements for delivery timeliness.In order to reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction,e-commerce enterprises will outsource logistics services to third-party carriers(such as SF,JD,etc.).As the terminal point of logistics center's outbound operation and the starting point of three-party carrier's distribution,the operation efficiency of picking operation is the key to improve the order fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the picking operation system of logistics center.This thesis studies the whole picking process from order to delivery.First of all,taking the logistics center of P e-commerce enterprise as an example,this thesis analyzes its picking process and actual order data,and makes it clear that the logistics center is facing the main problems of low timeliness of distribution products,unbalanced workload of each partition and low efficiency of picking operation.By analyzing the causes of the problem,the overall research scheme is proposed from three aspects: order classification management,order batching strategy and picking path optimization.Secondly,in order classification,considering the idle time of the system and the production rhythm of the order,this thesis establishes a dynamic time window including initial,dynamic and fixed decision points to collect single and multiple orders respectively.In order batching,this thesis constructs an offline order batching model with the objective function of minimizing the total service time,delay time and working time difference among regions,and adds the constraints of different sorting time.Aiming at the picking path strategy,considering the convenience of manual picking,based on the "s" strategy,an improved "s" picking path model based on the shortest path is established.Finally,this thesis uses the idea of hierarchical sequence method and genetic algorithm(coding with Java)to solve the problem,and makes a comparative analysis of the results from four dimensions:time window,picking path,order batching strategy and picking operation scheme.The overall research results show that the picking operation optimization scheme based on dynamic time window,order batching and picking path strategy in this thesis is effective,which can shorten the idle time,manual picking time and order delay time of the picking system,balance the workload of each partition,and provide a useful solution for the problems existing in the picking operation of P e-commerce enterprise logistics center.
