With the development of information technology and the improvement of science and technology, China’s electricity commerce industry began to enter the large-scale development stage. Especially the online shopping market continues to expand, the order of electricity commerce enterprise is showing the characteristics: "small batch, multi batch, variety", it increases the delivery difficultity of distribution center in a short time, becomes one of the bottlenecks which restrict the rapid development of the enterprise. In the distribution center, picking cost accounts for about 60% of total operating costs, directly influences the efficiency and service in the distribution center. Therefore, the design of fast, efficient picking system instead of the traditional system is more and more important to the enterprise.Based on the depth study of AGV theory and its application in practice, with the electricity commerce logistics as the background, introduce AGV to picking system. First of all,design the structure of AGV system, including the ground control system of multi AGV task allocation,vehicle management, communication management, traffic management, and other functions; the vehicle system of vehicle control system, drive system, positioning and guiding system, security system, drainage system move loading system, power supply system; and the communication system be responsible for the vehicle and the ground control system.Then, design the picking system of multi AGV, introduce software and hardware of the system and the basic elements including the order shelf, storage shelf, box, picking station, replenishment station; based on the warehouse layout, design two kinds of picking method, such as order picking and shelf Picking; design the specific process of picking the target shelf from the warehouse, returning shelf to warehouse and empty shelf replenishment.Finally, with the multi AGV picking system, based on some assumptions, introduce the Erlang queuing model of single and multi queues of multi picking stations, establish the objective function to solve the model, the data demonstrate the performance of queuing model and optimal number of picking stations.
