| The picking system based on electrical label takes central computer as controller and electrial labels in the place of stockings as controlled facilities. The central computer can control indicator light, voice of buzzer and digital display of the system, so the workers can complete the supply and picking with ease and high efficiency. The system are also of flexible working time, just-in-time conrtrol, operating of emergency order and other functions, so it will reduce the mistake of picking, speed up picking, improve the efficency and arrange the path of picking rationally.Usually, most mistakes appear in picking in the distribution centre, but the picking system based on electrical label can improve this situation. Computer passes the information of order number, name of goods and the quantity to electronic labels, and shows workers many details. So this can speed up picking, reduce mistakes, make forms unnecessary and so on.The paper takes the strategies realization in the system based on electrical as its background, and then provides an introduction of limits of strategies realization. The design of database, inquiry of order, operation and send of order information and system efficiency appeared in the paper. The main jobs of the paper are as follows:Background of using the system is introduced, and then the operation sitution of picking methods and picking technology, the limits of picking strategies and the management of the system. Some explanation to the analysis methods and communication contracts of the system are also showed later.Database and the inquiry of the order imformation are set up, also its operation, which are all based on electrical label system.
