With the rapid development of the aviation market and the state "Internet plus" action plan for the development of electronic commerce, civil aviation industry attaches great importance to the whole industry again. After the development of nearly ten years, China’s airlines have established the official website, mobile client, WeChat service system and other information systems for the sale of electronic tickets. But due to the lack of unity in the system construction, resulting in the phenomenon of "information isolated island" extensively exists in the existing information systems, information resources are difficult to share in the system, but also a serious impact on the airlines to provide consistency across service system for the passengers. In order to solve these problems, it is needed to integrate information resources through effective technical means to realize the communication and sharing of information resources, and to improve the level of resource sharing and the using efficiency.In this paper, we first introduce the specific content of s airlines of the electronic commerce marketing business and the information systems they established to support these businesses, including the call center, the official website, the mobile client and mobile wap site.Then analysis the reasons of information asymmetry in the use of these systems, and the deep-seated reasons of the problems, combined with the cross platform integration requirements of mobile Internet era,we know that the electric marketing systemshave the problem of "information isolated island". At the same time, from the management point of view, multi system parallel brings the server and other hardware resources consumption, also increased the input of human resources, resulting in a waste of financial costs and management costs.Finally, through the designing of resource management system for the business to achieve the direct sales business needs of S airline, so as to solve the problem of "information isolated island", and achieve information resources connection and sharing of different platforms, saving the financial costs and labor costs. The system Create economic benefits and at the same time, in different platforms S airlines has a unified brand image for the vast number of visitors and provide quality business services, this can enhance the reputation of S airlines and obtain competition advantage in the market. This paper will present the popular "Internet plus" concept and S Airlines business by combining theory with practice, and establishing the management information system to solve business problems, reduce operating costs, so as to enhance the market competitiveness of the company, with a certain degree of innovation.
