The Design And Application Of Network Measurement And Control Platform Based On Embedded WEB Service

Remote measurement and control technology was widely used in many areas such asnational defense construction,industrial production,and daily life.etc. The increasingly closecombination of embedded technology,Internet technology,and communications technologymakes the traditional measurement and control systems develop in a new direction.And a varietyof advanced measurement and control technology,measurement and control device and methodsof communication emerge in endlessly.Modern measurement and control system has theadvantages of expansibility,distribution,real-time performance,the development of newtechnology makes the methods of measurement and control terminal be various.This paper describes a network measurement and control platform based on embedded webservice, which combines the computer network and embedded technology and which would beconstructed based on B/S mode.This paper would use an embedded Linux operating system based on the kernel v2.6.30asthe system support of network measurement and control platform.System uses U-Boot-2010.06as the secondary startup program to boot the Linux kernel and passes parameters to kernel bydefault U-Boot command. The YAFFS2file system strengthens the stability of the system anddata security. The operating system of embedded network measurement and control platform wasbuilt based on open-source software,which not only makes the system easier to support theupgrading faster hardware but also to reduce the development costs.Transplant WEB serverbased on the built embedded Linux platform, use various WEB application developmenttechnologies to store and dynamically analyze the collected field data, and implement the statusquery, on-site video monitoring, and online SHELL measurement and control functions toembedded WEB server.The design and implementation of the entire platform have a sense ofdepth, it realizes the expected functions from the bottom of boot program to the upper of theapplication.The hardware part used the chip AT91SAM9263based on Atmel company launchedARM926EJ-S kernel as the core processor of system.The double layer structure of core and bottom board makes the bottom have expansibility, and facilitate to add and replace thesubsequent hardware circuit. Core board with6-layer PCB, this high-precision process makes ithave the best electrical performance and anti-interference performance,and have thecharacteristics of low power, high integration.
