In recent years, in some high-demanding application fields, integrated device monitoring system gradually developed from local computers monitoring to the network and remote monitoring. However, in some relatively specialized equipment integrated systems, it is difficult to achieve this objective because of the limited supporting capacity of domestic unit equipment manufacturers. To this end, we needed to solve the problems of communication interface of related unit device, the establishment of data services platform and so on.In this thesis, based on the embedded technology, the open source community software technology and some of our previous work, we designed and developed a data service platform for network measurement and control of embedded devices system. Moreover, the platform which has the functions of intelligent monitoring, data storage and information retrieval was applied in a low-temperature plasma system. The research work of this thesis lies in the following areas:Firstly, we designed and developed an industrial wireless control network intelligent node module based on ARM7+RTOS+Connect-io-n+Ethernet with the communication interfaces of WLAN, Ethernet, CAN, RS485and RS232, which also provides analog input and output channels. It can resolve the communication interface problem of most domestic units device well. The module also provides both Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking solutions.Secondly, we designed and developed a data service platform, which serves as the hub of the entire network monitoring and control system. On the one hand, it collects the data which is acquired by on-site units, and provides data processing and storage functions. What is more, it can achieve closed-loop control functions if necessary. On the other hand, it provides real-time control and search services. We ultimately opted CentOS+Redis+MySQL+Solr as the software architecture of the data service platform. Through studying the installation, deployment, configuration and second-development of the four open source softwares, we implemented a high-performance Linux server function by using the epoll+thread pool technology.Thirdly, through the on-site testing and comparison of the two network communication solutions of the network intelligent node, we chose the Ethernet network solution. Based on the communication interface and working mechanism of plasma devices, we developed application programs of the data service platform, network intelligent nodes, control client and search client to achieve the plasma device system with network monitoring and control.Finally, we analysised the real-time performance of the data service platform for network monitoring and control of the plasma devices. We also gave the real-time performance indexes of the data service platform, the static characteristic curves and the dynamic characteristic curves of the devices system by experiments.
