As electronic technology, computer technology, the rapid development of the network, the modern industrial data acquisition from the traditional circuit, computer model development models for embedded systems, embedded systems in industrial control, communications, defense, medical, hydrological and other industries are widely applications, especially in the modern industry of data collection played a huge role.The major research objective of this thesis is to use the lower computer and PC distributed data acquisition mode of the dynamic track scale coal mine production data acquisition platform design. The platform design of advanced embedded microprocessor using the current ARM and the perfect combination of Linux embedded systems to overcome traditional low efficiency of single chip data acquisition, data processing speed, real-time poor and can not remote communication and other shortcomings, it has important practical significance.Thesis completed the data collection platform hardware design and software design. First analyzes the basic principles of embedded systems, focuses on the embedded system development environment platform and development technologies. Then the entire data acquisition hardware and software platform for general planning, and gives the ARM-based embedded systems with Linux Data Acquisition System programs. On the hardware side, based on the ARM processor, the detailed design of the peripheral circuits, including the ADC module, serial module, memory module, communication module, power module, the hardware circuit design. In terms of software for microprocessor-based S3C2440 ARM920T core of the U-BOOT bootloader transplantation, successful completion of the Linux kernel porting embedded operating system, and build the Linux root file system, and ultimately set up the data collection platform The embedded software environment, and the use of Linux systems by multi-threading technology for data processing.The studied systems based on embedded value of the coal mining dynamic track data collection platform can also be used in various industrial fields. This paper made a number of research results and system design methods are practical, advanced and reference value, the application prospect is very broad.
