In control system, PLC can realize real-time communication with field devices, PC andservers through application of fieldbus technology. It leads to the distributed control systemtending to the integrated. The traditional industrial monitoring methods cannot meet the needsof modern industrial production, such as the problem of network communication technologyinsufficiency, the data accuracy and coexistence of many structures in networkcommunication. It is designed one wireless remote monitoring system based on PLC andGPRS as the background of "external heating dryer system project", in order to solve theproblems that exist in the traditional industrial monitoring mode.The system is divided into the field control level and PC monitor level. It is selectedindustrial automation products which are applicable to high temperature and high explosionprotection. The SIMATIC S7-200series is chosen as acquisition module, PLC electricalschematic diagram is designed, the hardware device is selected, the PLC control system isrealized after ladder diagram program editing, debugging and downloading; And the HMItouch screen is used as module, GPRS DTU module as a wireless communication module.Theindustrial field control level equipment is integrated remote control with acquisition, memory,display through programming the module level set. The host computer monitoring level canrealize PC communication with PLC in the MODBUS fieldbus using Beijingthree-dimensional force control configuration software.The PC monitor display and operatinginterface are designed, the data report operation is completed through accessesing SQL Serverdatabase by ADO based on the database.The exported XML documents is saved in thecorresponding path reflecting the site conditions timely. It is convenient for operationpersonnel to make corresponding action, and it is used to control the gas drying system andmonitor the switch operation in the field devices and data acquisition. Combining PLC control system, fieldbus technology with GPRS wireless technology, themethods and techniques involved in the process of external heating dryer system developmentwas designed. This realizes the design of field control system and remote monitoring control.Results show that the system can meet the project requirements with strong stability, thereal-time accurate data and strong operability performance. |
