Traffic intersection lights intelligent wireless monitoring system is comprised ofmonitor terminal station, GPRS wireless communication network and the monitoringcenter master station. First, The real-time data has been sent to GPRS networks throughtheir own wireless communications with PLC module(GPRS DTU)in monitoringterminal station. Then the GPRS networks will transmit real-time data to the publicInternet data networks. Installing the corresponding management software ofcommunication networking computer (the monitoring center master station), we canaccess the data in real time, and also can issue commands to control the traffic lights.With the sharp increasing of a variety of vehicles, the construction of urban roadsis difficult to keep pace with the traffic demand changes, the growing phenomenon oftraffic congestion in the various cities and towns, this issue has become the constructionof urban transportation must be solved a big problem. To solve this problem, weintensify the construction of urban roads, the optimal allocation of urban roads etc is asensible advanced control strategies. Urban transport system is an uncertain andambiguous, complex systems, a fixed delay can not always reflect the traffic demandchanges, so will not only cause traffic congestion will result in time unnecessary waste.Therefore based fuzzy control strategy proposed a S7-200PLC, we can according todifferent periods of traffic demand, fuzzy control, and the specific process and a systemis given in the paper with the S7-200CPU226own the hardware configuration of asimple and effective debugging method. The system not only retains the stronganti-jamming capability of the PLC control system, flexible control, high reliability, atthe same time can effectively solve the traffic imbalance and instability phenomenon.By Siemens GPRS module model SINAUT MD720-3remote data transmission, itcan be connected directly via the S7-200series of dedicated data cable PC/PPI cablewith the PLC communications port, good real-time, fast transmission rate, achieving awireless remote control of traffic junctions, so that we can master in the traffic policecommand center on the crossroads of traffic control, especially in the emergencies, wecan also monitor the master PC, the monitor groupstate on the screen to force thecontrol to meet the traffic demand. At the same time on the hardware and software,taking some measures to make the system with higher security, reliability and stability.
