Pellet is a sort of indispensable metallurgy charging of high quality. How to improve its quality is all through much accounted of metallurgy industry. The application of automation in production is among the large numbers of ways to improve quality of pellet. This time the alteration was actualized to improve quality of manufacture by Daye factory that produces round iron mine. Be based upon industry control theory,the design idea and application of control system in palletizing workshop were investigated and discussed in this thesis.Firstly,the general developmental situation of iron ore pellet and its technology abroad and in our country was introduced. In succession,grounds on the particular introduction for palletizing technology and the analysis of palletizing and mixing process,the systems of automatic palletizing and automatic mixing were expounded base on the layered hardware structure composing of industry computer – intelligent module – instrument and implement. Founds on the principle of fuzzy control and PID control,the fuzzy controller of automatic palletizing system and the PI controller of automatic mixing system were designed. PI parameters were also ascertained by experimentation. Afterwards,fuzzy arithmetic and PI arithmetic were programmed using VB. Eventually,the whole realization means was summarized and the system configuration of hardware and software was presented in this thesis. Choosing MCGS configuration software as monitoring and control software,man-machine interface was projected. The communication function was actualized make use of CAN bus network.Presently,the computer control system that was designed in this thesis has been put to use. The autoptic result has proved that the application of this system will improve product quality,decrease production cost,increase efficiency and competition capability,ensure smoothing operation and safety,accord with advance demand. Synchronously,the system wins the user's satisfaction and recognition with its full information,complete functions,simple and flexible operation,and friendly user-computer interface.
