With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's life quality,industrial and domestic water consumption is increasing,the distribution of urban water supply pipe network is more and more extensive and the number of monitoring points and pumping stations on water supply pipe network are also increasing,which put forward higher requirements for water supply pipe network monitoring system.The main task and research content of this paper is that how to use modern computer technology,communication technology,network technology and automatic control technology,especially the use of wireless communication,and computer monitoring and management technology combined approach to achieve timely and effectively remote control network data information real-time acquisition,transmission,data backtracking and analysis,as well as production science management for urban and rural integrated water supply pipe network.According to the technical process and control requirements of the water supply company of Lvliang,this paper has designed reasonably a remote monitoring system of water supply pipe network.Because of its system pipe network using subsection water conveyance project,the water supply pipeline is equipped with the main monitoring nodes,such as the decompression tank,the pipeline monitoring points,the water outlet and the pressurized pumping station.In the process of summarizing the shortcomings of the previous pipe network monitoring scheme,made a more economical and reasonable remote monitoring program for water supply pipe network based on PPI protocol and GPRS network.The scheme adopts the hierarchical structure design of SCADA system model,which is divided into three parts: monitoring system,measurement and control system and communication network.The monitoring system adopts the ForceControl configuration software as the control master to complete the data monitoring.The measurement and control system adopts programmable logic controller as the field control slave station to complete the data acquisition.The communication network adopts the PPI protocol and the GPRS network to complete the data transmission,and the establishment and maintenance of the data communication link is responsible for GPRS DTU wireless terminal equipment.The scheme not only realizes the stand-alone control of each node,but also focuses on solving problem about the joint control of nodes on pipe network,and finally realizes the automatic operation of the water supply pipe network.As the same time,the paper also introduces water supply of the pump station with frequency conversion and constant pressure,and the design of system wireless communication network in detail.Finally,the system can give full play to the performance of each device on pipe network,so that the equipment maintained at the best operation conditions,to achieve optimal combination of running equipment and reduce the loss of failure,thereby reducing system operation and maintenance costs.In this paper,the design of the remote monitoring system of water supply pipe network has good real-time performance,accurate data transmission and high degree of automation.At present,the system has been put into operation in the water supply company,the practice shows that the performance of the system is superior and stable,achieved system expected indicators and good benefits,providing a guarantee for the safety production of the water supply pipe network.For the industrial water supply in China,the research results of this paper have positive reference and practical value.
