In order to improve the present oil field condition of collecting data, to enhance the management and efficiency of extracting oil, we design a Remote Oil-field Supervision Control System Based on GPRS and Database. In this paper, we give the function structure, physical structure, database structure, the realization of alarm analysis mechanism and other critical techniques such as report form print etc in detail, moreover, we present various system superiorities such as flexibility and universality. This system can collect all kinds of data from oil wells timely and then analyze the working states for them automatically. The system is composed of two parts, hardware and software. The hardware takes the charge of collecting data and then sends information to control center. The control center receives data package by net programming, and then stores data to database according to special rules, meanwhile, analyzes all kinds of states of oil wells and corresponding parameters, separates the data which is used to draw chart or graph such as electricity graph and power graph. Client software of this system accesses server database and shows information to users in some useful way, at the same time, for the abnormal oil well, gives alarm ring. Many programming techniques such as DLL and multi-threads are used for the realization of the system and this system is a new product which has sensor application technique, computer data collecting technique, database technique and GPRS communication technique. This system realizes the automation and visibility management of oil extraction information.
