There have been several serious vaccine incidents in China,which reflect the insufficient management of vaccines in the whole supply chain.At present,vaccine traceability faces the problems of data tampering,data loss and insufficient data.The traditional traceability methods are difficult to effectively manage the vaccine cold chain logistics process.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the existing traceability methods to effectively solve the management problems of vaccine in the cold chain logistics process.The data of blockchain technology can not be tampered with,marked in the whole process and decentralized,which can ensure the authenticity and integrity of vaccine data in the whole cold chain logistics process,solve various management problems of vaccine products in the cold chain logistics process,and store and share the effective data of the whole cold chain process.At present,blockchain technology has been widely used in traceability management.This paper studies the problems faced by the traceability of vaccine cold chain transportation in China,systematically studies the background and importance of the current traceability management of vaccine cold chain logistics transportation and distribution,and expounds the current traceability management status of vaccine cold chain logistics transportation and distribution,as well as key technologies such as blockchain.After effectively analyzing the vaccine transportation process,the blockchain technology is applied to the vaccine transportation traceability,and the vaccine product cold chain logistics management traceability system is established.The system includes four nodes: manufacturing company,distribution company,supervision unit and user unit,which realizes the effective storage,query and traceability of the whole process information of the vaccine.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis,and expounds the basic theory,characteristics,technical framework and practical application of blockchain technology;Then,the development status and process of cold chain transportation and vaccine cold chain transportation logistics are analyzed.On this basis,the technical requirements and module structure of blockchain vaccine cold chain traceability system are deeply studied and analyzed.Taking Hyperledger Fabric as the basic blockchain R ?D platform,the smart contract is designed.Finally,a specific example is shown,the functions of data information chaining and data information retrieval of the system are introduced with a visual interface,so that the advantages of blockchain technology are fully reflected in the vaccine cold chain logistics management traceability system.In this paper,the advantages of blockchain technology,such as data tamperability,data trace and decentralization,are applied to the system design,combined with the traceability of vaccine cold chain logistics management,and finally formed a set of realizable vaccine cold chain logistics management data traceability system.It realizes the whole process data storage,upload and query of vaccine products from production to transportation to vaccination,effectively ensures the authenticity and integrity of the data,eliminates the tampering of vaccine data,and can also more efficiently realize the traceability and accountability of big data,pointing out the solutions to the problems existing in the domestic cold chain transportation logistics.The blockchain technology used in this paper can effectively improve the safety and efficiency of the vaccine cold chain traceability system.At the same time,it also has a good reference for other cold chain logistics industries.
