In recent years,the safety incidents of the dairy products frequently exposure, dairyproducts quality and traceability issues are being payed more and more attention.The specialsystem of the daily products that can be retrospected emerged as the times requires,which wasapplied to the enterprise that was well-known who has a large scale in dairy farms. it’s noteasy to extend to small farming or cooperatives as the price is comparatively expensive anddesign details directly aim at large dairy farms.At present, in raw milk main production areassuch as heilongjiang province,the breeding stock of small and medium-sized farmsrepresented by dairy farming community accounted for about50%of the total.And in theintensive emerging pattern, the aspect of information construction is still relativelybackward,the leak in management services of the dairy and fresh milk purchase seriouslyinfluences the dairy quality chain overall traceability of our province, it has universalsignificance to develop dairy quality chain tracing service platform that suitable for small andmedium-sized farms.On the basis of analyzing the dairy product traceability system designed at home andabroad,this paper carefully analyzes the user requirements of small and medium-sized farms.dairy quality chain traceability that based on the Internet of things whose structure coverslinks such as dairy, fresh milk purchase, fresh milk transportation, dairy production and dairyproducts sale etc and the technical architecture solutions of service information platform thathas three layers are proposed,which of perception layer uses the qr code technology andZigBee wireless sensor network, its emphasis is to realize information collection and serviceof fine breeding cows, fresh milk trade and the link of dairy products sales; Networktransmission layer is mainly via the mobile communication network and Internet network toprovide network access to information transmission of service platform’s each link thatconstitutes quality chain positioning, and combined with middleware technology of theInternet things to realize the effect such as data checking、filtering and the management ofthings and so on; Application layer is mainly completes the five function module’sapplication software design, implement management and traceability of dairy quality chain inthe android platform and the PC browser platform.The main work done as follows:The main function of mobile front is designed by Android technology, respectivelyrealizing the development of utility software of the following modules,such as cow breeding, fresh milk purchase and dairy production,it is unique RAM automatic collectionmechanism that improves the efficiency when interacting data.ZigBee wireless sensor network and C++builder PC software are adopted to designtemperature and humidity automatic monitoring system of dairy sales freezers for thesupermarket, in order to achieve information sharing via the Internet.compared with theexisting back platform, it has filled storage environment of the end of dairy quality chaincalled sales link in temperature and humidity monitoring and traceability.Using the advanced technology the rich client ExtJS4designed PC browser’s functionalinterfaces of dairy product traceability information for consumers and quality supervisiondepartments.Using mature Tomcat web server and S2SH framework (struts2+Spring+Hibernate) asmiddleware of the Internet things, such framework is very suitable for the development ofsmall and medium-sized projects for the maintenance is convenient and expansibility isstrong.
