With the rapid development of urban and rural modernization and a series of nationalkey projects have been started,The market demand of concrete is more and more big, thequality standard demand is higher and higher, At the same time,the requirements of conc-rete mixing equipment also becomes more and more strict. However, compared with dev-eloped countries, there is a big gap between the domestic concrete mixing plant controlsystem on batching accuracy and speed. Therefore, the development of high-precision,high-speed and high-intelligent batching plant control system is the main problem to besolved.This article designed a set of high intelligence, high-precision, high-efficiency conc-rete mixing plant control system.On the basis of a detailed comparative analysis of differ-ent forms of concrete mixing plant control system, view of the current problems that lowaccuracy and low productivity in the present control system,using iterative self-learningalgorithm to compensate system batching errors in advance, using the Fuzzy PID ControlArithmetic to control valves and inverter.This paper expounds the development, technolo-gical process, types and composition of the concrete mixing station and the developmentin the world first. Then established a mathematical model for the concrete batching plantcontrol system, conducted experiments simulation which solving prominent problems iningredients errors exceeded, as a reference for realization of control algorithm. Realizedthe entire batching plant production processes and control algorithms using IPC and PLCas the core. The monitoring system adopts a system software based on database technolo-gy. Realized automatic archiving of production data and multi-way query. Finally realizethe concrete batching plant in the whole production process automatic control.The experimental results show that the concrete mixing station intelligent controlsystem design effectively improve the ingredients speed and batching accuracy to meetthe requirements of the actual engineering high-precision, high-speed and high-intelligent,has a a certain degree of application value.
