The science and technology of our country is advancing everyday, and automation technology in industrial production is large-scale used. In order to make the industrial ingredients production more stable and efficiency, distributed control system which is at the core of computer has been widely used. Using DCS system to monitor the industrial production on the batching process, not only saves the manpower, but also reduces the waste of raw materials and improves the automation level and production efficiency. At the software level, the range of selection is big. This paper introduces an Ingredients monitoring system which is at the core of Siemens configuration software WinCC, and the key research is the control of temperature process.WinCC offers a powerful Human Machine Interface system that can realize the visualization of process. In this paper, the application of system field level is S7-200 PLC. It connects with the actuator through the sensor. Data can be two-way transferred between PLC and computer which is embedded with WinCC configuration screen. PLC has high reliability and anti-interference ability so that it can control the field device independently. Compared with the non-automatic control system, these will improve the speed and accuracy and reduce the time; Field production status can also be sent back to the WinCC configuration screen by PLC, it is very convenient for the user to monitor, and deal with special situations in time.The design of monitoring system in this paper also has temperature control function. The combination of PWM and Silicon controlled can control the temperature of production process effectively. The core idea of control is the use of PID regulatory function of Siemens PLC, so the temperature control process is a closed loop circuit. Current value of system feedback temperature is compared with the set value by PID regulating function. In order to control the temperature, the PWM duty cycle will be changed by the program so that to change the turn-on and turn-off time of silicon controlled, and control the power load and power outages time. In this paper, the batching system which is designed at the core of configuration software WinCC is simple, reliable, high flexibility. Compared with VB, Delphi and other non professional configuration software, the difficulty of designing and debugging is very low. After installation and debugging, the DCS system has been successfully applied to the production of concrete, and it runs stability.
