As the scale of factories and enterprises to run,the continuous development of automatic control system has undergone a significant development.Batching of production system is a process that a variety of raw materials will be mixed together in accordance with a certain proportion for processing to produce a product. Among them, Batching process is a Essential key to Production and has a significant impact on the quality of the product.As the continuous development of information technology and automatic control technology, a new generation of batching system is bound to information technology and intelligent direction.This paper mainly studies of a automatic batching control system Combined Programmable Controller (PLC) with the system of monitoring software(WinCC), and realizes a cost-effective and replicable automatic batching control system. PLC is often used as a field data collection and device control because of its powerfully, easily to use, high reliability.As a user-customizable features of the software platform tool, Configuration software technology can be developed a friendly man-machine interface on a PC, and can control Intelligently the automation equipment.Firstly, the application and prospects for the development of the automatic batching system is discussed. Based on the traditional system, the paper describes overall structure design plan and basic composition of the system,and introduces the related equipments,the Structure and Control Principle of electronic belt scale and main technical parameters of the system.The paper then describes main composition of electric control part of the Batching Control System and the method of using PLC to realize harmonious control of coal feeding power on site so as to make batching system able to automatically finish all processes of loading,weighing and batching,and discusses the control flow.Then it describes how the system use industrial control configuration software(WinCC)to realize real-time record and monitor of site data and designs the process flow, report management, equipment monitoring, status display, single-material management, fault display and alarm functions interface.of automated batching control system. And each interface function and use are detailed. Operating conditions to the scene and run data can master at the central control room, and can be achieved parameter setting, state control, material orders issued and so on by man-machine interface.Finally,there are deviations between the actual value and the given value.Common solution is to carry out PID regulation,that mainly according to the experience of the operator to set the value of kp,ki,kd.This adjustment method has poor reliability because of entirely depending on operator experience,and the batching control system is a nonlinear control system. Experience on site technological process is established by analysis of batching control system,fuzzy PID control structure and algorithm of batching system is put forward according to fuzzy control principle so as to improve control and adjustment effect of electronic belt scale. This paper describes the fuzzy PID control principle and implementation steps,And in the MATLAB environment, the system is simulated to verify the theoretical feasibility of fuzzy PID algorithm.
