And list a series of other measures to improve the precision of ingredients. Enhancing the production quality effectively under the premise of production efficiency and meet the specifications.The hardware of the control system takes a hierarchical precept including upper computer and bottom computer. The bottom computer responsible for the collection and control of the scene, and the upper computer provided a friendly interface for the operators. The system is steady, the hardware is economical and proper, and the control system's function is perfect.It not only can be achieved on the monitoring of the production site, the management of the production data, automation of production lines, and other functions, but also have the capability of centralized management, with this function, managers can monitor the production network anytime and anywhere through the internet.The experiment and production practices prove that all kinds of technical specification such as product quality, processing speed, management level and so on of this automatic control system of the concrete bathcing production can reach or exceed the same type of control system of domestic.
