Concrete is one of the most common materials of construction. With the improvement of efficiency, concrete quality, environmental protection and other aspects of the requirements, the automatic concrete batching production line have replaced the traditional concrete production. At present, most of the concrete batching production line are controlled by PLC or MCU, it is very inconvenient for operation and production-data management, and can't be achieved on the production line cluster management. Therefore, it is very significant to develop a better control system of the concrete batching production line.This thesis takes the automatic control system of the concrete batching production as study object. According to the problems exist in traditional concrete production line and the technical specifications; the general scheme of automatic control system has been developed based on extensive surveys and researches on domestic and foreign relevant documents, which consists of the hardware and software. The hardware takes the industrial computer as the upper supervisor, intelligent industry module as the bottom real-time control computer. The software takes the outstanding SCADA system as monitoring system development platform. And detail the development process.According to the precision of the batching process, By compare and analyze the thesises of other experts, this thesis design a simple and effective algorithm based on the limited hardware resourse. And list a series of other measures to improve the precision of ingredients. Enhancing the production quality effectively under the premise of production efficiency and meet the specifications.The hardware of the control system takes a hierarchical precept including upper computer and bottom computer. The bottom computer responsible for the collection and control of the scene, and the upper computer provided a friendly interface for the operators. The system is steady, the hardware is economical and proper, and the control system's function is perfect.It not only can be achieved on the monitoring of the production site, the management of the production data, automation of production lines, and other functions, but also have the capability of centralized management, with this function, managers can monitor the production network anytime and anywhere through the internet.The experiment and production practices prove that all kinds of technical specification such as product quality, processing speed, management level and so on of this automatic control system of the concrete bathcing production can reach or exceed the same type of control system of domestic. The control system's technology is advanced and working steadily and reliably, can popularize and apply extensively.
