Designing high precision,informationization,automatization intelligent automatic proportioning system through electron mechanical technology and fieldbus technology with control theory has been the inevitable trend.Many technologies such as digital communication technology, computer technology, and control technology,network technology and intelligent instrumentstechnology are integrated into the Fieldbus,which composes the control system who is distribute,digital, intelligent,two—direction,interlink,multi-point communication. According to PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus protocol a distributed PLC control systemhas been built in the paper whose specialties of distribution,digitallization and opening solves the problems exists in distributed control system.The subject empolders an automatic batching system based on the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus,making the powerful and reliable S7-300PLC of the Siemens company as the core controller,namely the master station in PROFIBUS-DP system. S7-200PLC and slave expansion modules EM277B act as the slave station. Linking up all kinds of instruments and field equipment through Fieldbus technology, to achieve communication between functions in the control of all equipment and devices. Then the production process to be configured with WinCC, lastly the VC-based database access technology is also introduced.According to the idea of computer and automation,the overall design of the system brings forward Structured Methods based on flexible development. A reusable modules has been designed based on the idea of object-oriented and software reuse.The automatic control system can be easily realized through the idea of modular and the technology of WinCC and PLC.So that software configuration flexibility and control programs Can also adapt to the needs of users of different levels.Meanwhilemultiple devices can be connected for hardware,which can be composed of different control systems. The production process data call be transmitted to control centerthrough communication network and then the data call be shared.Practice shows that,the mechanicaland electrical integration,flex, management and control system has been designed inthis paper which reserve parameter settings interface for users modular,standardization and commercialization. |
