The dynamic weighing and batching process of a burden system is studied in this thesis. An iteration self-learning control method is proposed. The control system is designed and the simulation experiments are made. The iteration self-learning control method is used to design a real project according to the specifications of the weighing and batching control hi a concrete batching plant and a weighing and batching computer control system is made. The main contents are composed of the following parts:1. The survey of burden systems, the survey of concrete batching plants and then- weighing and batching systems are overviewed. The key matter of a weighing and batching system-precision control is proposed. The emphases studied in this paper is a hopper-scale and its weighing and batching process.2. The physics mechanism of the dynamic weighing and batching process is studied and the mathematics model is established. The simulation experiments are made,too.3. Not only Intelligent Control and Self-Learning control but also the basic principle of the iteration self-learning control are described. A further study of the dynamic weighing and batching process is made and an iteration self-learning control method is used to dynamic weighing and batching process control. The simulation tests are made and satisfied performances are reached.4. According to the specifications of the dynamic weighing and batching process control in concrete batching plants, the iteration self-learning control method is applied for a real work. A weighing and batching computer control system of concrete batching plants is made, which includes hardware and software. It describes in detail how to implement an automatic batching and weighing system.5. Reviewing works of this thesis and prospecting future more works.
