Due to its high efficiency, winding machine of small circular coil has gradually been processing in a large number of application of scircular coil.For saving the cost and improving the copper coil production,winding machine need to be monitored running at the real-time at multiple workshop,which is densely distributed.The enterprises of copper processing also direct-1y concern the moniting problem.Traditional monitoring technology generally adopt the way of the cable,through the field network bus monitoring the distributed equipment.However in copper processing enterprises,the winding machine is generally distributed in the more distant workshop, and a single machine is also distributed in workshop,so the cable is not suitable for monitor-ing.Zigbee technology is a kind of suitable and effective technical means for distributed circular winding workshop,for the way of wireless communication and self-organized feature in network.This paper studies the design of winding machine monitoring node based on Zigbee chip CC2530,software of more nodes in the network communication and background monitoring management system.Monitoring tests of50node of winding machine which is distributed in the two workshop show that this design of the node performance is good and the networking soft-ware is stable and reliable. Specifically, research work of this paper includes the following as-pects:1. This paper design monitoring system plan of winding machine based on ZigBee and de-fined the function of each module.2. This pager completed the software design of coordinator,router and end device based on the Z-stack and formed the Zigbee network.Designed communication protocols between control center and the coordinator node, and the network performance are analyzed based on ZigBee.3. Field monitoring equipment is designed based on AT91SAM9263and the transplantation of the embedded Linux system and the embedded QT library are completed.This paper designed reliable communication protocol between the control centre and monitoring devices.We also de- signed the user interface and serial port communication program.4. The background management software was designed in this paper,the architecture and function of the management and communication system were completed using C#.
