With the overall development of HR industry and elevating demands of enterprises upon HR management, IT and HR is oriented towards further combination and the concept of e-HR is being widely spread in the market. Currently, the e-HR in our words has already become a new HR management mode, which covers e-commerce, Internet, BPR, client-orientation, comprehensive HR management and other core ideologies. The ordinary employees, managers and CEOs are all involved in the interactive relationships of corresponding privileges with the basic platform of e-HR, excluding the HR practitioners,. Generally speaking, e-HR is a brand-new HR management mode, reflecting on the future tendency of HR management.As the e-HR information system is functional in many aspects, this paper is mainly focused on the sub-system of leadership management in the e-HR information system adopted by China Sinopec Group. It designs and analyzes the new functions of managing the superiors in China Sinopec Group to cater for the demands in the IT application of leadership management in China Sinopec Group. It is meant to provide solutions to enhance the IT application in the leadership management in the large-and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, which is of great referential meaning to the practical application in the industry at home.
