Performance appraisal is the incentive means. Through the performance appraisal,the staff recruitment, promotion, training and development, salary combination, makethe enterprise incentive mechanism is fully used, there is conducive to the healthydevelopment of enterprises; at the same time to employee, also facilitate establishingpsychological model of continuous self motivation. Therefore, China CITIC BankCredit Card Center, in order to accelerate the development of the credit card business,must establish a performance evaluation mechanism of management science, effective.The CITIC Bank Credit Card Center performance management as the research object,we design a set of credit card marketing performance assessment management plan, inorder to further improve the CITIC Bank Credit Card Center credit card businessmanagement level, play a guiding role effectively.The main contents of this paper include: the first part, mainly elaborates theresearch background, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and systemstructure are introduced in this paper. The second part,; detailed analysis of systemrequirements, determine the system function module and the business process, tocomplete the analysis, system functional requirements analysis of non-functionalrequirements and business process analysis and data flow analysis; the third part, thesystem design, including the system overall design and detailed design; the fourth part,write code to complete the performance appraisal management system, and systemtesting, evaluating system.As an development tool, powerful Java is used in the system, it is the personnelmanagement system based on B/S architecture, the oracle10g is used as the backstagedatabase, the database operation using ORM and transaction processing mechanism, sothat the system is error handling functions simple operation and powerful in themanagement.The CITIC Bank Credit Card Center performance management as the researchobject, the design and implementation of a credit card marketing performance appraisalmanagement scheme, to realize automatic acquisition staff performance appraisal information; analysis function to realize the staff performance appraisal informationdata; query performance appraisal information staff. To further improve the CITIC BankCredit Card Center credit card business management level, play a guiding roleeffectively.
