Rural credit cooperative is a distinctive feature of rural cooperative financialorganizations. It has the characteristics with long history, large institutional networks,wide area services and so on. However, with becoming more competitive, thecompanies increasingly recognized by companies to improve the managementchallenges which business environment, social complexity and uncertainty is increasing.Management is the core issue in the management of people, to develop a reasonableperformance evaluation to develop a rural credit cooperatives to motivate employeesand improve employee work performance of one of the principal means to achievecorporate business objectives, improve employee satisfaction and future success sense,while allowing administrators to set key performance indicators to monitor trends,identify strategic decisions better and faster.Luoyang performance appraisal of rural credit cooperatives has such problems:single performance evaluation standards, performance indicators set unscientific, thelack of communication and performance feedback, lack of training, performanceappraisal, performance appraisal process and results are not recognized. The problem ofrural credit cooperatives in performance appraisal has seriously hampered the furtherdevelopment of rural credit cooperatives. Therefore, we establish the development ofperformance appraisal system what is imperative. Only if based on scientific andobjective job analysis which using scientific methods of performance appraisal systemthat designed to make credit work performance appraisal objectivity, fairness, incentiveto improve that enhanced staff motivation and job performance and real adapt to theneeds of the development of rural credit cooperatives.This thesis firstly describes the performance appraisal system in the significanceof the development process of rural credit cooperatives, and expounded the theory ofperformance appraisal, performance appraisal, including the meaning, purpose andimportance of performance management and performance appraisal of links, thendetailed analysis of Luoyang the overall situation of the rural credit cooperatives, andthe status of performance appraisal problems, this thesis performance evaluation of rural credit cooperatives in Luoyang, the problems presented in accordance with KPIevaluation and quantitative assessment score as a core function of the system designideas, principles, processes, and gives a performance appraisal system of rural creditcooperatives Luoyang, a detailed description of each module and implementation and,finally, the system development work, in the end, the thesis explained the next step todevelop ideas.
